How to live for Eternity?

What is Eternity? An eternity is a tinniest actual time available to be real, here physical, whose duration is ample and total. A day is not an eternity, neither a century. A breath is an eternity because during a moment of breath, during that space/time, whatever I do or say, sets the course for rest of my life, therefore really, a moment of breath is a moment of creation, because a moment of breath creates the rest of my life. This breath here creates the rest of my life. What I do or say in the breath sets the course for rest of my life. 


An example: here I breathe and in this breath, I throw a knife at a bystander, now what happens? In that action in one breath of time, will place in me in jail for good number of years, basically life is over. I know that is a crazy stupid example, not many are likely to do such crazy stuff.  


But it may be so, in one moment of breath, I might speak a word, a nasty word, a nasty look, a nasty judgement, a nasty comment, a nasty question, a nasty thought, a nasty blame, a nasty fault-find, a nasty accusation, a nasty doubt, a nasty make-belief all or any of those crazy things can happen in one breath of the moment here, and in that create a hellish time for rest of my life. 


The power of creation that lies within a moment of breath here, makes it the ultimate moment, hence its an eternity. That's all there is. Don't be fool and wait for years and years for eternity to arrive, while all along its here in this very breath. 


A breath is eternity, as there is nothing outside of it. All that exist is this eternal ever present moment here as this breath. As brick by brick a wall is build, likewise, breath by breath, years are lived. 


So to live for an Eternity, I must live in this ONE breath here. Eternity is only here now as this breath. All of creation happens in this one breath. Its not too hard to live apply the principle of what is best for all, just in this one breath. 


It has been a struggle for me, but I realize, I must live within this one eternal moment, here, as eternity.  Otherwise I am just gone lost in a fucked up mental space of fantasy.

Halloween is everyday, as I am an attention seeking energy sucking vampire.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into self pity. I do so because I want attention from others, which I believe as care from others, its not care I want but attention.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into self pity because then I will allow and accept myself to blame others. Self pity is a perfect ground to start blaming others.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that blaming will set myself free from pain. After all its the others who has give me pain. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to crave for attention not realizing it is the pain within me wants feeding. I like to feed the pain in me via seeking attention.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to never ask the questions why is it that I am seeking attention? what is that I am trying fill up? what is the need for attention? what satisfaction its going to bring? physical care is one thing but mental emotional feeding is another which is what I really crave for. 


I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to diminish myself by seeking attention from others.


I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not even consider that my own self-presence as more than enough, there is no need to validation or approval from others. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself seek others and their approvals and validations so that I can feel alive. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself want others to make me feel alive, as if without another's approval and validation i have no self worth. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize it is energy feeding from another that I crave. It is a form of mind energy from others that I crave. Be it in the form of approval or validation, or looks or even conversations, or discussion are all forms of seeking energy.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to argue with others just for the sake of keeping the conversation going so that the argument will serve as an energy feed. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to ask people questions just for the sake of keeping a conversation going, so that the energy feed towards me is there.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire phone calls or chats or letters or replies or meetings because all such is mere energy feeds for my mind, in that I am really not participating with the being as equal and one, but rather getting a much needed energy feed for my mind in the form of attention disguised as emails, letters, phone calls or meetings. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire attention from children, therefore I have allowed myself to joke around to make myself a clown for children so that i can get their smiles and attention.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be a joker, to crack jokes, to make outrageous comments, just to invoke a response from others so that I can get their attention to me. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seek attention from others in so many ways, in that i realize i have never been with others as equal and one in presence, but always as a energy seeking mind demon demanding energy from others in the form of attention. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself crack jokes believing myself to be a funny guy, its not that I am a funny guy rather energy seeking guy, constantly on the look to feed my mind.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to get caught in the feelings and emotions of the mind, not realizing those are the mind generators, I do no need thoughts emotions and feelings to be aLIVE here as breath. All I need is breathe. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that seeking attention from others as normal thing to do, i have allowed myself to believe that cracking jokes as normal and its normal people like me for my jokes. Not realizing it is the joke people are interested in, not having a real conversation with me, which means i will have to keep on joking so that they will be here with me, give me their attention and presence. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to manipulate others so that they will keep on giving me their attention to me. I have allowed myself to do little tricks so that they will keep on liking me. Never realizing why can`t I just be here as the breath of life, and letting others be here too, if they need a chat they will talk, and let it be a real chat. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself believe that I must do little tricks like cracking a joke, or asking an out of the blue question just to keep them entertain and focused, so that I will get their attention to me


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself desire to be a demon, an energy sucking demon, always looking for attention and energy feeds from others. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself see myself as a clown so children can find me to be entertaining, never been the real me, always trying to win the smiles and attentions of kids. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that everyone should give me attention when I am sick or not feeling well, they must all call me, email me, fax me, chat with me, poke me, write on my wall, do something to show me that they care about me, not realizing in all that i am craving energy from others like vampire i am craving screaming and shouting for their energy attention. And believe their energy attention to be caring. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define care as energy from others. not realizing there is no need for energy as thoughts emotions and feelings to show care. care is physical, doing any physical activity to support is caring. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that listening to my sad self-pity stories is a form of care. and if they dont`listen to my sad stories then they neither love me nor care about. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that when i am in a bad mood i must be able to dump that shit onto others, and allowing such is caring. I have allowed me to believe dumping shit onto others as caring from their part. not realizing dumping my emotional shit onto others is abuse of life.


I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that the entire problem of attention seeking has to do with my mind wanting energy, because i refused to be here as breath of life, i must  therefore feed my mind, and that feeding is what seeking attention is all about. had I remained as breath here, been breathing equal and one to my physical, then there is no need to feed the mind in any form of energy. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that bickering is a form of energy seeking for the mind. its attention seeking via a grand battle. 


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize all forms of conflicts, fights, debates, are ego or mind looking for energy and attention.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself not realize that attraction is a form of attention, coupled with sexual feelings. its feeding the mind on a double doze. yet having sex without any sexual attraction is equally satisfying, its the mind that believe that I need smoking hot fire attraction to have sex. 


So when and as I go into that craving, needing, give me attention type situation, i stop myself from compounding, I realize it is the mind wanting energy feed, to make itself feel alive. because i am alive here already, my breath here is a confirmation that i am alive here, i don`t need mind to confirm my aliveness, now that is needing attention. So i remain here as breath of life, i breathe, i support me with breathing. i realize that mind is a master vampire in seeking energy, its very nature is demonic, so i stay here within and as breath of life. i breathe.

Should I think or breathe while I drive ?

Breathing to be with the physical. I found while driving long distance trips, I etheir get lost in my thouhgts, or listen to some music to entertain myself. So I realize it is better to breathe and be here as physical, its a better a way to enjoy driving long trips. I mean what I am getting out of non stop thinking or listening to endless musci for 4-5 hours. After all I will have to breathe anyways while I drive, so might as be fully here be present and be the breathe of life.

Breathe, breathe breathe.

Power of Here. Power of Life.

I have noticed that I consider some moments to be more special than others. In that I have allowed myself to perceive those that are present in some moments to be more special than others who will appear in another moment. For example, when I share a moment with my parents specially with my dad, I will allow myself to see that moment as a lesser moment, which is what I have done for years, and in that allowances, I will perceive my dad as a lesser being whose presence can be ignored. Same at work or at shopping mall, or in the bus, anywhere you name it, I have allowed myself to believe that some moments are special than others. That is abuse of life.


It all goes back to breath, this breath here, I breathe. In this breath lies the eternal hereness, the hereness of me, my physical reality. The hereafter is not here. The hereafter is anything that is not here, anything that is yet to be here, it could the road trip tomorrow, anything that is not here is the hereafter. Not been within this breathe here I miss the Hereness and wanders into the hereafter (or the herebefore) and totally miss this moment here. If I am totally Here, then, I will allow myself to be here with anyone or anything that is Here. If I am here totally, then, I am here totally with another who is present here. I will not go into the hereafterness of my mind and ignore or neglect this being here, or goto the herebeforeness and recall nasty shit about this being and start abusing and neglecting them. 


This moment here is the most important moment or point in existence, yes, it is. Because, I can only be Here in this moment, anything outside of here is, either the Hereafter or the Herebefore. My tendency to value some moments as more significant than others, therefore to perceive some beings as more important than others is due to me not been here totally. 


In me been here totally, I am able value and participate equally in every moment. Never will I say, or this moment is a joke, I can say any bullshit I want because this moment apparently is a joke, not so important hence it is justifiable to tease around or joke around, and in that, neglect or ignore or abuse others. 


Abuse of life is only possible when I am not here totally. Not considering this moment as the moment of life, the hereness of life, I allow myself to abuse others either mentally or physically. 


And we all know, things are compounding, so more moments gone wasted, it will have a compounding effect, each moment will show to me on the face sooner or later, that I missed or devalued that moment. No moment is any lesser. Every moment matters equally. Will I ever say, oh 9am is more important than 9pm? Why so? There are just 2 moments in the timeline, why one matters more than another? In seen each equally as moments to be here, then I am present to both moments equally. I am here at 9am and 9pm equally fully physically here. 


I have learned, it takes one moment to create hell. It takes one moment to speak a word that will destroy a relationship. It takes one moment to give into an old energy and act insanely. It takes one moment to give into lust and hence to rape. It takes one moment of desire to slide into adultery. It takes one moment to murder another. It takes one moment to destroy a planet.


Likewise, it takes just one moment, to tame the storm, to hold back the anger, to release the desire, to let go the rage, to let go the urge to commit most atrocious crimes, all it takes is one moment to save yourself. And you may ask, where is this one moment, when will I see or meet this moment? The answer is surprisingly easy, it is this moment here as you breathe. Only in this moment of hereness, that I can save my back. 


The point I am trying to make is, every moment here matters equally. Therefore, every word spoken, every gesture, every action, every comment, every look, ever conversation, every projection, every charge, every blame, every nag, Matters Equally. 


Everything matters. Some say, "yes ultimately that is true", those things matter "ultimately", but we can ignore them for now here. NO NO. I have learned, everything here what matters the most, therefore this moments matters, next moment matters, the one after matters. All matters equally. The ultimate is here.


Be here in the moment totally entirely physically, it is the only moment matters in existence. The next moment is the hereafter, it is as good as talking about the dead, what matters is this moment here. 


At times I let myself jokingly abuse another in this moment here believing that I can make it up later on, I can patch it up later on, come on, I have ample time to patch things up. Therefore I have allowed myself to believe that I can 'take it easy' this moment and let myself lose off a bit, abuse a bit, hurt a bit, tease a bit, neglect a bit, you know what I am saying, just do little jabs here and there, after all I will make it up for it later on, another time. Not realizing, what matters is only this moment. What I say or do here matters the most, it has momentum to the next to the next etc. 


You can create hell only in this moment here, in your words, actions or thoughts. At times, I allowed myself to believe that this moment is some kind of a secret, meaning, nobody will ever witness what I am saying or doing in this moment, hence, I permitted myself to abuse a bit, let it lose a bit, only for this moment. Never realizing, the entire existence is a witness to this moment, I cannot hide nor run, what I allow within me this moment has consequences. There are no secrets.  


And for the record, the simplest definition of this moment is this breath here. To make my life a success in any sense of the word, I must live in this breath here, not in the hereafter or the herebefore.


Life is only in this breath here, all else is just a story. Destenti tools will assist in this process of living Here and thereby honoring all that is here equally. That is the power of here, the power of life.

'Copy and Paste' of self-forgiveness is cheating. I stop. I write down each word.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to take short cuts when I write self forgiveness statements.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to copy and paste the first part of the line and not take the moments to actually write them out, because I am apparently in a hurry to get this done, so i have allowed myself to copy and paste, in that i have not realized i am tagging along with the mind, and hardly forgiving myself. I breathe and I will henceforth write out each word of the self forgiveness HERE as I write/wrote this. Every word is written, no copy paste whatsoever, as in writing this, I am opening my layers of the onion, so I must actually write them down, no more copy and paste.


I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself believe that writing self forgiveness is about volume and quantity hence I have allowed myself to copy and paste so that i can get more out and believe that i am actually forgiving me. not realizing that in copy and paste I have actually avoided writing down every word here and avoided walking through the self-forgiveness writing process. 


I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself believe that my SF lines must look good, hence must be neat and tidy therefore i have allowed myself to copy and paste and not be here as breath as i write/wrote down each word in the SF line. 


I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to cheat myself in copying and pasting big part of the SF line and therefore actually miss the opportunity to be HERE as I write down the SF. self forgiveness is about me, when I write as write, i am here, breathing, considering each word as I place them, no rush, no goal to attain, no volumes to fulfill, no quota to meet, nobody to impress, i write as it comes, here in the physical. all through it, I breathe, I employ the tool of breath, to assist me.


So when and as I attempt to copy and paste parts of the SF line, I stop myself, in realizing that it is the mind seeking to rush through the forgiveness lines. I am breathing, I am breath, I am the words, each word that is written expressed here, hence I allow myself to breathe and be here as I write each word out. No more copy and paste.

Why not then simply going for Resource Based Economy (instead of Equal Money System) ?

Resource Based Economy is a commendable idea compare to the monstrosity of Capitalism we have at the moment. RBE is a shift from purely profit-making to a purposeful motive, where it "reduce the human tendency toward individualism, corruption, and greed, and instead rely on people helping each other." Good stuff, but it is not the complete solution.


RBE is ideology based not principle based hence not entirely sure if it can stand the test of time. RBE is primarily focused on the 'resource' part of the problem while disregarding multi-dimensional aspects of the human being. It is one thing just to solve the resource problem, while its a whole different matter to solve human problems of which resource is one vital component. 


Equal Money System is a multi-dimensional solution to human problems, here the word "money" must be read in sound as "my-needs". So EMS is really an Equal My-Needs System. In this EMS, all my needs are cared for, likewise, for every human being his/her my-needs are cared for. The "equal" is where the quality of life is equally provided to all human beings. Quality of life is accessible to all human beings equally. Yes, you can deliberately deny yourself the benefits of EMS and cause yourself to suffer, that is a whole different blog, however you as a living breathing human being you're totally qualified for all services of EMS. 


RBE is just about resources either man-made or natural, while EMS is about everything plus resources. So in a sense, RBE is a tinny subset of EMS to state fairly. While aspects of RBE will be considered in the on going EMS research in relation to the vast issue of resources, resource management, resource sustainability, production and its use. Certainly, RBE is not a replacement for EMS nor RBE is a solution to the vast array of human problems.


One vital difference between the RBE and Equal Money System is the principle of Life. EMS is life driven, it touches all life on earth, while RBE is only an idea, an ideology, is not life based, it touches one aspect of human life. 


Hence simply moving to RBE from the current Capitalistic system would be a relief but it will not be sufficient or complete. Hence we suggest a shift directly into Equal Money System. However one intermediate step to consider is BIG, Basic Income Grants for all humans as a welcoming stepping stone to EMS.
